MMMM HAM! I usually like this place, and I should have given it a 5 star review by now. I only realized I didn't, because I wanted to log in to note some disappointment from my last visit. I ordered the ham club sandwich (as I always do) for lunch, my wife got the Turkey. The problem here is, this particular day, it took ten minutes to order, because the employee working at the counter had some friends in the line ahead of us. They literally stood there talking about kids and family. Which wouldn't be a big deal, but there was only one person, so no one was working on an order, no one was making sandwiches, and all the while we were standing there waiting. When we finally did order and got our food, my sandwich had one small piece of ham on it. I know that it isn't a normally big sandwich, but I have eaten here so many times. This sandwich was poorly put together and someone skimped on the meat (let's face it, that's what we all come here for). I would have gone up and complained, but that same gal was up there talking with her friends again, and I don't have all day for lunch. To put it mildly, this really is wavering my customer loyalty. I probably wont be back for a long time, and even then I will only be updating this review, if the service is up to its former quality.

Others try but nothing beats the real deal. Christmas isn't complete without a Honeybaked ham. Stopped by today to pick up a small ham and was met with the usual holiday rush of ham buyers. The line was pretty long and took just over 45 minutes to navigate. I thought it was nice that they thought ahead and put up a heated tent for everyone that had to wait outside. I'm still a little shocked each time I reach the cash register, maybe thats why I only shop here once a year. I also think they could have beefed up the employees for the holidays. Two cash registers running still took too long.

My lady isn't there anymore, boo!!! I'm so sad. Ordered this year's certificates and picked them up today. Usually my lady would make me a sandwich but this time, they did not. You would think after spending $2400 they could comp a $7 sandwich..... But that's not what really irriated me. The new manager person did not even come out to greet me or thank me for my business. When I arrived, the lady out front who helps with sandwiches went to get my certificates. When she brought them out, she said to me "She said to count & verify and sign here." I counted, I veriifed and I signed. I then ordered my sandwich (and paid) and ate it there. Not once while I was there did the manager come out and say thank you. Two stars since my sandwich (I had the Tavern Club) was delicious. By the way, don't bother with the potato salad side. It's about on par with Walmart.

I love to go to this place for lunch. They have a great selection of amazing sandwiches with their savory and high quality meats. My favorites are the turkey classic with smoked turkey. It is a wonderful combination with Swiss cheese on a nice Challah roll. I also enjoy the ham classic on the fresh croissant. And when I am really extra hungry, the tavern club with a combination of cheddar cheese, turkey, ham and bacon is very satisfying on multi grain bread. The best thing is they are always running promotions including a punchcard that only requires five punches for a free sandwich. Go on Tuesdays for the double punch Tuesdays and currently they are running a special where if you fill out the online survey on your receipt then you get a code for buy one get one free on your next visit in terms of a free sandwich. Also they let you make it a meal for the same price as the sandwich which adds in the soft drink and the chips or side dish. I am very loyal to this spot and will be eating sandwiches once or twice a week indefinitely. In addition to the sandwiches being extra delicious, I love that I can call them and they have my sandwich made within 3 to 5 minutes of my call which makes life super convenient when I am in a quick hurry back to work.

Bring on the holidays! Nothing like a HoneyBaked Ham to remind you of the impending festivities right around the corner - Black Friday, Blue Monday, and Feldgrau Tuesday. Never miss the opportunity to attain copious amounts of meat candy to gnaw on over any of these celebratory dates. Yes, you very likely will spend upwards of a hundred clams for the somewhat unique pleasure of a HoneyBaked Ham ($60-80 depending on size). Keep in mind, this price is for a Half Ham, people. You can order a whole ham for $100. The somewhat small HoneyBaked whole roasted turkey (11-13 lbs) will cost you $45. They offer other meats, too: like variations on beef (prime rib, pot roast, brisket), and pork (roast, ribs, loin). Also pretty pricey. But, are HHC wares worth the price? Obviously. How else would they remain in business year-round when 75% of their annual sales occur within the months of April, November and December...? If you've never had a HoneyBaked Ham or Turkey, here's what you may be missing: - sweetly spiced spiral slices of heavenly tasty animal flesh - packaged so all you do is unwrap and reheat to perfect - mediocre sides available in the event you don't want to prepare anything at all - order by phone or online (be sure to confirm all details - they're not the very best at fulfilling orders correctly) As delicious and handy as they make their meat products, their deli sandwiches are equally yummy. Bread sourced locally (usually Stoneground or Aspen Mills), great dressings/condiments (also for sale), and fresh veggies complement your choice of meat fillings. They even offer desserts for those times you need a treat outside the meat category. My very most favorite item to pick up at HHC is one they don't advertise at all - their ham bones. If they have them, for around $8-10 you can get a fully-loaded ham bone with enough meat still on it to create 3 or 4 different dinner combos. Casseroles, sandwiches, soups & stews, potatoes & ham...mmmm...the possibilities are endless. Bottom line is that HHC is there for special occasions. These are not meat products that most of us are going to be able to afford more than once or twice a year. Pony up the extra cash for something really memorable when you're able to swing it. You won't be disappointed. I'm a petulant Meatatarian, and I approve this message.

The ham is amazing!! The turkey is also amazing! The service was great. The box lunches were a good value and good size. We really could have shared one box lunch, but we just saved half for the next day. They have some really cool dinner ideas, for take out that are a good deal, especially for the high quality. I'm going to add this to my "places to remember to eat" file!

eh it was OK. The person that was manning the counter was overwhelmed. Sandwiches were OK. There was a really funky spread or sauce on our sandwiches that ruined the flavor of Sandwich. There are many better places to get a sandwich.
